We will receive your items, count them to validate we have the expected amount, our staff will check the quality of the items to make sure there are no damaged goods or packaging. We will document and report with photographs if required, all of that to help you feel assured that your stock is in the best hands.

• Damaged returns will be charged as double price after their first 30 days in our stock. 
• Storage rates are per calendar month and we do not offer pro-rated deals.
• Container hourly fees are on top of per-box fees.
• Received Items and Shipping Orders are processed within 1-2 Business days
• Invoices not paid within 7 working days will carry a %3 penalty charge
• We are happy to work with starting businesses, our minimum monthly fee is $150, shipping cost excluded.
